Shouts of Joy

My husband and I married at The Villa on November 9th and could not have been more pleased.  What a beautiful setting for a wedding!  Rachel and Michelle have to be just about the nicest people we've ever met.  The entire staff was on point and helped make our day truly special.The DJ and caterer they work with (Keith Divel and Iva Lee's) were outstanding! We highly recommend The Villa!

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Rachel Salas as my day of coordinator and she was incredible!  I cannot say enough kind words about her, but to suffice on your wedding day you need someone you can trust implicitly.  On May 30th 2014 I knew I could trust Rachel with every last detail that would make the evening perfection.  And to my delight the entire affair was beyond perfection.

Michelle is incredible. There are a lot of little details that go into planning a wedding, and Michelle was on point any time I needed a clarification or an opinion about where we were taking our vision for the day. The month before the wedding she took over and handled the communication and organization with all our vendors. Her energy is infectious. She literally took care of everything. I had zero stress the day of because Michelle is that good at what she does. I cannot stress how invaluable that was as it allowed for me and my husband to relax and just enjoy every minute of our day.

Rachel is such a gem and a joy to work with. We used her as our day of coordinator and she made wedding planning fun and enjoyable. I am such a type A person and like to have everything in my control but Rachel is so organized and professional that on my wedding day I didn't worry about a single thing because I knew that she had everything under control. Our wedding day was the best day of my life!

Our wedding was July 23rd, 2016. When we first met Michelle she was bubbly, excited and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable from the very start. She always got back to us right away with a well thought out response, she genuinely cared about our wedding! My husband and I looked forward to meeting with her to discuss the wedding and just have some great conversation. The rehearsal and the day of our wedding were absolutely flawless because of Michelle. She took care of it all from the getting ready process, to bustling my dress, making sure we eat, having mics ready and most importantly that we can actually enjoy our day as a bride a groom! No stress whatsoever! There is no way we could have pulled it off without her. We have had numerous guests tell us how smoothly our wedding went and my in-laws talk rave about Michelle every time the wedding is brought up. Another reason Michelle is so great is because this isn't just her job, it's her passion to give everything she has to make sure your wedding is the most special day of your life. We truly can't thank you enough Michelle! We love you!

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further. These girls are amazing at what they do, the absolute best! The moment I met Rachel it felt like we had been friends for years. She is so relatable and friendly. Rachel made my wedding planning so stress free and made me feel absolutely comfortable from start to finish knowing that everything was going to be perfect! I've heard stories of people completely stressing out over every detail, from decor to time management on the day of wedding. Fortunately I can't relate to this feeling because of the girls and their amazing work. Rachel coordinated our wedding in March 2017 and from the moment I met her, I knew she understood me and my vision for my wedding! She guided me and my husband through every step of the process and was so helpful and encouraging. Planning a wedding is not an easy task, but with Rachel helping, it was as stress-free as it could be! When it came to the day of the wedding, she kept us all on schedule, having fun and feeling the love! The decision to have a coordinator was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process! And to have Rachel be that coordinator was one of the best gifts from our wedding!
