This service is more commonly known as “day-of” or “month-of” coordination and is designed for savvy couples that have established the foundation of planning but need a professional to facilitate the wedding on the day-of! We begin our planning process 6 months prior to the wedding date where we lay a foundation with the timeline and important details, making sure clients are off to a great start!

 

Joy n’ Company happily takes over vendor communication 2 weeks prior to the wedding and will work with vendors on logistics, timing, and confirming final details. We are here to ensure flawless execution of a fantastic event!

​Services Include:​

  • ​Two comprehensive meetings: Wedding Planning + Final (first meeting may be scheduled as early as 6 months out)

  • Create a detailed timeline of event day

  • Discussion and documentation of catering, rentals, décor items, and the processional lineup

  • Email correspondence and scheduled calls

  • Final walk-through (if required by venue)

  • Confirm vendor details (times of arrival/setup) 2 weeks prior to event date

  • Rehearsal (1 hour)

  • Consultant to coordinate event (up to 11 hours) + assistant

  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries day-of

  • Assist wedding party, family members and guests, as needed on day-of

  • Organization of processional and recessional

  • Ensure marriage license is signed 

  • Placement of pre-assembled ceremony and reception decor

  • Gather pre-assembled ceremony and reception items

  • Secure gifts and cards with person of your choice

  • Distribute tips to vendors on behalf of couple

Special Events Management is designed for individuals who have already established their plans but need support on the actual day! Joy n' Company is thrilled to manage vendor communication, coordinate day-of details, and create a timeline for your memorable event. Our aim is to ensure the smooth execution of an extraordinary celebration!

​Services Include:​

  • Two meetings: Event planning meet & greet+ Final meeting (1st meeting as early as 6 months before event)

  • Email correspondence and scheduled calls

  • Create a detailed day-of timeline

  • Discussion and documentation of catering, rentals, décor items, and etc.

  • Initial checklist for the client in the coordinator’s follow-up after the first planning meeting

  • Final walk-through (if required by venue)

  • Confirm vendor arrival and setup times (two weeks prior to event date)

  • Consultant to coordinate event (up to 11 hours) + assistant

  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries on the day of

  • Assist host/hostess, family members, and guests, as needed on the day of

  • Placement of pre-assembled décor (note: we do not set up or put together florals)

  • Gather pre-assembled items (note: we do not strike florals)

  • Secure gifts and cards with the person of your choice

  • Distribute gratuities to vendors on behalf of the couple
