Day-Of-Coordination

Day-Of-Coordination is designed for couples that have established the foundation of planning, but need a wee bit of guidance on the day-of.  Joy n' Company happily takes care of communication with vendors, coordinates day-of details, and creates a timeline for your special day. We are here to ensure flawless execution of a fantastic event!

Services Include:

  • Two comprehensive in-person meetings: Wedding Planning & Final (first meeting may be scheduled as early as 6 months out)

  • Create a detailed timeline of event day, document details & decor, and manage the processional lineup 

  • Phone and email correspondence

  • Final walk-through (if required by venue)

  • Confirm vendor details (times of arrival/setup) 1-2 week(s) prior to event date

  • Rehearsal (1 hour)

  • Consultant to coordinate event (up to 11 hours)

  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries day-of

  • Assist wedding party, family members and guests, as needed on day-of

  • Organization of processional and recessional

  • Ensure marriage license is signed 

  • Placement of ceremony and reception decor

  • Gather and take down ceremony and reception items

  • Secure gifts and cards with person of your choice

  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple

 

Please note: An assistant will be required for guest counts over 80 and if the ceremony and reception are in separate locations for an additional fee.

  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries

  • Assist wedding party, family members and guests, as needed on day-of

Slay Your Day
Partial-Planning

$4,500

Partial Planning is for the couple that desires to plan elements of their wedding, but feel more comfortable with vendor relations and detailed assistance led by a true pro! We start the process by getting to know our couples, their styles, likes, and then work to pair them with our curated list of amazing vendors. We review and manage all contracts, set up first vendor meetings, in addition to Day-Of-Coordination services. We have planned events for 50 to 200 guests in venues throughout Orange County.  Joy n’ Company will have your special day all wrapped up in a perfect little bow!

Services include:

  • Two comprehensive in - person meetings: Wedding Planning & Final (first meeting may be scheduled as early as 9 months out)

  • Vendor referrals from JN’C’s preferred list

  • Set up initial vendor meetings

  • Attend first vendor meetings once booked

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Track vendor payments and due dates

  • Final walk-through (if required by venue)

  • Offer advice on etiquette and protocol

  • Phone and email correspondence

  • Manage Rental Order (tables, chairs, linen, glassware, and flatware)  + Initial visit to rental facility (* if applicable)

  • Create and manage details list

  • Create a detailed timeline of entire event day

  • Confirm vendor details (times of arrival/setup needs) 1 week prior to event date

  • Rehearsal (1 hour)

  • Consultant + assistant to coordinate event day (up to 11 hours)

Bon Voyage
Elopement

You’re ready to tie the knot and marry the love of your life! Eloping is about focusing on the most important things, and guess what? We’ve got you covered! Our Bon Voyage elopement package includes all the necessities with top vendors in the South OC area! We will give you the BEST day ever!

 

Ceremony in one of the following locations:

  1. Palisades Gazebo, Dana Point

  2. Pines Park, Dana Point

  3. Heritage Park, Dana Point

  4. Calafia Bluff, San Clemente

 

  • Coordination Services (making sure all the details with ceremony location, vendors, setup/breakdown are good to go!)

  • Officiate Services (ordained officiate to perform a customized ceremony and mail in the marriage license)

  • Professional Photographer (2 hours of coverage + a personalized online gallery)

  • Florist (includes custom bouquet and boutonniere)

  • Bakery (custom 6 inch cake for cutting, but of course!)

  • Décor options from our JN’C collection (assorted lanterns + hanging terrariums)
