COORDINATOR
Colleen Bailey is a spirited gal from the sunny shores of south Orange County. She has a heart for visual arts, organization, and all things hospitality!
Her artistic joumey began when she was a little girl. She found herself sketching fabulous fashions and interiors on notepads. Her passion landed her at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where she explored the world of Visual Communications. Through the program, she gained knowledge in fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, and event planning.
Post-graduation, Colleen became a merchandising district manager for major name brands. After much success, she craved a new adventure that would cultivate her creative side.
Colleen found herself knee-deep in baked goods at a popular bakery! Channeling her love for design, she became the bakery's general manager where she coordinated client events, crafted stunning cakes, while creating friendships with local vendors.
This entry into the wedding industry ignited a fire within her. Over time, she dreamed of becoming a wedding planner. Colleen began working alongside the ladies at Joy n' Company in 2021, where she learned the ropes and honed in on her skills in wedding coordination.
With much experience in the wedding industry under her belt, Colleen became a part owner and began coordinating weddings of her own for Joy n' Company. Her mission is to turn dream events into reality and is here to ensure that clients feel like superstars on their big day!
